Returns & Refunds:
NO returns are accepted.
Refunds are only issued for items that are incorrectly sent or missing from order.
In the event that your order is incorrect or missing items, it must be reported within 48 hours of being delivered. After your 48 hour grace period is up, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

 

Processing:

Any orders placed Monday - Friday before 5pm will be processed 1-2 weeks from the day the order was placed or faster unless production is delayed. If orders are placed after 5pm on Mon-Fri, They will be process 1-2 weeks from the following business day of the order being placed. Processing does not include Weekends or Holidays. This same processing time is also applied to any of our apparel. 

If there is a production delay, customers will be notified upon purchase and updated on the status of their order.

 Shipping: 

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders places before 5pm on Monday - Friday will be shipped within 1-2 weeks the order date. This does not include Weekends and Holidays. 

How will I track my package?

Upon the packaging and shipping of a customer's order, they will be notified via email and/or text with the proper tracking information for their item(s). 

 Payment Options:

 The forms of payment accepted are found in our footer at the bottom of the web page. If there are any issues with payment or if verification is needed, we will contact the customer with a follow up upon their purchase.
